DANGEROUS AND PLAINS GAME HUNTING IN STYLE
One of the reasons why so many people choose to hunt with Omatako Hunting Trails is that one stays within the picturesque setting of the actual hunting area, which saves an enormous amount of travel time.
All the huntable species belong to us and therefore, one doesn’t need to worry about the quota system. By Namibian law one is allowed to hunt 2 trophy animals per species. On request other species may be hunted in different concessions if booked in advance.
Please enquire about species you are looking for when booking. Note that good game birds are also available when in season – depending on the time of year.
Omatako Ranch was selected from only a few farms in Namibia by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism (M.E.T) to host Black Rhino under a custodianship program. The Rhino are often spotted and make for exciting viewing but is not available for hunting.
